Mhe Practical Trainer

We are currently recruiting for a **MHE Trainer** to join our BT site in Magna Park, Lutterworth. You’ll will be involved in training new MHE drivers as well as planning and implementing refresher courses across the site.

This is a part time and permanent role, to cover shifts **during school holidays**, working 8:00 - 16:00, with a bit of flexibility - this is logistics after all

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer base salary of **£7,500** per annum. In addition, we offer 22 days annual leave (pro rata), a workplace pension and many other perks such as a variety of high street discounts and cycle to work scheme.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- To facilitate and deliver ITSSAR / RTITB standard training
- Plan, maintain and improve the quality of training and assessment and uphold Site Standards
- Develop, coach and support employees, to achieve and maintain the standards required to operate MHE and equipment in line with Health & Safety regulations and site rules
- Manage and maintain a training matrix to accurately record, reflect and plan the development of individual employees
- Completion of paperwork, certificates, system records following training

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- ITSSAR / RTITB accreditation
- Proven track record of training staff on MHE
- Good knowledge of health & safety
