**Main Purpose of the job**

Responsible for Providing General admin support to the HR Manager and general office duties.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Providing HR Admin duties such as Recruitment admin, right to work checks
- Conducting Health and safety risk assessments
- Support and coordination of ISO (Updating Policies, processes and conducting internal audits against our ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 27001)
- Manage office supplies
- Co-ordinate and organise office maintenance/repairs

Experience

A background in HR and Payroll administration would be an advantage

Reasonable Knowledge of health and safety procedures

Previous work experience in office administraion

**Person Specification**
- Ability to maintain a professional manner whilst working under pressure
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills

Demonstrates sound knowledge of Health and Safety regulations

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
