With support from your Internal Verifier/Lead Trainer your duties will encompass but are not restricted to; hospitality training development and delivery, assessing current hospitality related operations and developing improvement strategies, helping with hiring, supporting the creation of hospitality division budgets and food orders, coordinating with our key partners and customers, contributing to quarterly standardisation meetings, collaborating with industry, and spotting growth prospects.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Coordinating with current hospitality trainers and freelancers, the centre co-ordinator, company managers, and clients to accomplish goals.
- Contributing to recommendations regarding ongoing hospitality training operations.
- Attend staff and other partners’ meetings and training activities.
- Helping with recruitment, developing the hospitality training portfolio.
- Building trustworthy connections with customers, employees, and other key partners.
- Ensuring always adhere to all health and safety standards as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participating in team-building exercises and CPD opportunities that take into consideration individual and company requirements.
- Whenever feasible, attend relevant training courses, conferences, and workshops to adhere to our company CPD policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
