IT Support Apprentice

**You will be responsible for**:

- Assisting with the purchase, setting up, maintenance and repair of hardware for clients
- Assisting with data backup and data recovery
- Keeping accurate records of work completed and ongoing jobs
- Undertaking or assisting with any other admin duties as required

**You will need the following skills**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with computer hardware
- Experience with software packages and operating systems
- Good organisation and time-keeping skills are essential
- Confident and articulate
- Polite and personable, our reputation is built on our people-skills as much as our technical ability
- Possess a genuine interest in computers/technology
- Fast learner who is eager to develop themselves
- Strong work ethic

**Entry requirements**:
The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

**Working week**:
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch

**Future prospects**:
Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to join the business as a permanent member of staff and potentially progress on to more advanced qualifications.
