Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Food Runner. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that food is delivered promptly and efficiently to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoys providing exceptional guest service.

**Duties**:

- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner
- Assist with meal preparation and food presentation as needed
- Ensure that all food items are accurately labeled and properly packaged for delivery
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are complete and accurate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food preparation and delivery areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns.
- Assist with other duties as assigned, including polishing cutley and re-laying tables
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is desirable but not essential.

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internships.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £8.45-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
