**CNC / TOOLMAKER - Defence Industry**
- Based in Luton
- 6 month contract
- £30 Hourly rate, Inside IR35
- SC Security Clearance required

Role requires a high level of competence in Machine Shop processes including CNC machining in support of Aerospace Hardware, Prototypes, repairs and maintenance of Jigs, Fixtures and tooling for our Cleanroom's and more.

Daily activities would include programming, set up and operation of CNC Milling Machine and Lathe, post processing of Additive Manufactured parts and Bench Fitting tasks. The Position would ideally suit an experienced Toolmaker / Machinist with a CNC programmingbackground and Jig & Tool development experience.

Able to work from traditional 2D drawings, electronic files (pdf/tif/DXF/DWG files) and 3D models (igs/ stp/sldprt/stl/and vda formats etc).
