Job Description:

- Undertake in-depth reviews with clients
- Maintenance of client records
- Accurate recording and tracking of client’s actions
- Collating, scanning, recording and processing of relevant mandatory documentation
- Processing Mortgage Applications
- Pursue cases through the mortgage submission process to completion
- Mortgage processing tasks of all descriptions
- Manning the Client Support desk and handling client enquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with financial intermediaries and finance advisers
