**Mobile Handyperson**
**£32,000-35,000 + Van **

**Your new role**
- Working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Assisting with minor repairs /Carry out general building repair and maintenance, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Painting and Decorating, changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture, temp checks, tap changes, replacing handles,
- basic plumbing and small leak repairs, light changes, fire alarm testing, etc.
- Minor carpentry

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will need to have experience in general building and maintenance repairs, handyman or maintenance role ideally however, commercial experience is also beneficial.
- Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
- Must have a drivers licence
- Note: A portfolio of previous work may be requested during the interview process.
