**Healthcare Assistant**:
**We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of care assistants at our site on the outskirts of Cockermouth. Dalton Court is a purpose built care home providing a friendly and companionable place to live for older people requiring general or specialist dementia nursing care. Located in the heart of the Lake District, the home offers a supportive environment with individualised bedrooms and comfortable lounge areas.**:

As a care assistant you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible.

- Engage with residents and their families to continuously develop care plans
