Duties and Responsibilities:

- Inputting invoices onto Sage
- Creating new suppliers and updating supplier details on the system
- Raising sales invoices, processing payments and associated credit control and filing
- Coding invoices with nominal code and cost centre and posting invoices on to the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices are appropriately authorised and filed correctly
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations and investigating any differences
- Processing employee expenses and credit card expenses
- Reconciling bank transactions
- Dealing with international invoicing and payments
- Assisting with ad-hoc financial and business projects

Key Personal Characteristics:

- A team player capable of working alongside others with positivity and respect
- A willingness to undertake tasks not written in the job role
- Quality conscious with proven track record of paying close attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills
- An ability to work towards, and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in similar role
- Experience of using Sage is desired
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Clear criminal record
