We are looking for an experienced, professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to our Head Office. You will also provide a reception service for the tenant businesses within the building.
The role will involve:
- Greeting and Welcoming Visitors
- Answering Phone Calls
- Managing the Reception Area
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
- Incoming & Outgoing Mail (including distributing mail, packages, and deliveries. Collecting and posting outgoing mail)
- Scheduling and Coordinating Appointments
- Providing Administrative Support
- Responding to Inquiries
- Maintaining the security of the premises.
- Monitoring access to the building by issuing visitor badges, ensuring visitors sign in and out, and notifying employees of visitor arrivals.
- Handling security protocols, such as managing key fobs or security codes.
To succeed you will need:
**ESSENTIAL**:
- Good general standard of education
- General administration experience
- Excellent personal presentation
- Diary management
- At least one year’s experience in a reception environment
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- IT Skills
- Multitasking and Prioritising
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly professional
- Problem solving
- Exceptional standard of verbal and written English
**DESIRABLE**
- Qualification in customer service/business administration
- Corporate reception experience
- Basic health & safety knowledge (facilities)
- Knowledge of facilities management
- Management of office contracts (maintenance; office equipment etc.)
- Asset log maintenance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
