**Hybrid working - 2 -3 days in the Watford office**

**Flexible start/end times as long as 10-4 is covered**

**Job Summary**

To provide a professional, efficient and proactive administration service to support the Logistics Senior Manager Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a general administrative service to the Logistics 'Manager of' group including diary management, meeting co-ordination, off-site meetings and travel.
- Organise and manage all external meetings and anticipate needs for the meetings, seeking and coordinating information where appropriate.
- Ensure Directors are kept informed of any changes in their daily itinerary.
- Build good relationships and liaising with other assistants within TJX Europe, sharing best practice.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Experience of working as a PA, Secretary in a fast-paced environment.
- Tactful, discreet and highly organised.
- Comfortable working as part of a team or on your own initiative.
- Fluent in English - proven PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience.
- Well organised, able to prioritise and work with multiple projects at once.
- Strong interpersonal skills - relationship building, team workings, influencing skills.
- Capable of prioritising your workload to deadlines without losing your eye for detail - or your sense of humour.
