Thorium Security is currently recruiting a Retail Security Officer for a well-known Retail Supermarket in Rushden-Newton Road 25 Newton Road NN10.

We are seeking highly experienced customer-focused individuals

**Pay rate: £11 per hour**

**Shift pattern: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat (10am-8pm) & Sun (10am-4pm)**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the safety and security of staff and customers within the working environment
- Act as a visual deterrent
- Loss prevention following S.C.O.N.E.S.
- Liaising with Police and other emergency services
- Report writing including Civil recovery reports
- Any other retail security tasks as required

**Job Requirements**
- A Valid SIA License - Frontline Door Supervisor or Security Guarding
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested which includes you being able to supply a full 5-year work/education history
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to deter anti-social behaviour, theft, and criminal activities
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Able to travel
