Are you a talented administrator looking for a varied and rewarding role? First County Monitoring are one of the UK's leading independent alarm receiving centres, established for over 30 years and provide a variety of security services throughout the UK and Ireland

A clean police record is essential as a complete 5-year security and work history check will be required for the successful applicant.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, with **30 days of holiday** (including bank holidays).

This varied and exciting role requires an adaptable, conscientious and enthusiastic person with high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Commissioning of new systems and ensuring correct signals are received in the control room.
- Supporting customers and suppliers in resolving issues.
- Providing friendly and excellent customer service to installers/customers whilst working within the GDPR principles.
- Prioritising workloads and tasks to ensure high service levels are maintained.
- Ensure all work is undertaken in compliance with operating procedures and current legislation.
- Reporting any issues/problems with equipment or processes to your Line Manager.
- Training will be provided.

**Personal attributes you will require**:

- Administration experience essential, including the use of Microsoft office packages excel, word and outlook.
- A proven track record of dealing with inbound calls and excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Work closely with colleagues, taking ownership of general administration tasks.
- The ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure, within a team or when working alone.
- The ability to learn and adapt to changes in procedures/legislation and workload.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
