Covering all aspects of administration, the role will include:

- Using Microsoft office and our specific agency software (training available)
- Creating property brochures
- Typing all letters
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries both face to face and by phone
- Registering applicants and arranging appointments
- Dead filing / filing
- Invoices

Actively ensuring that every available opportunity for new business is pursued.
Full IT literacy is essential together with time management and efficiency.

Competitive salary depending on experience.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability
