Job role
We are currently recruiting for a Spanish Speaking Logistics Coordinator to join us. In this role, you will be required to assist the team lead and work alongside an international team based in Spain.
**The role is responsible for**:
End-end process of the logistics processes which includes, processing of order acceptance, order monitoring, and the customer journey.
Working towards the improvements on order acceptance, order monitoring and the customer journey.
Managing third party vendors and checking if remedial works are required on stock and proceed to get this work booked in if necessary.
Working with the aftermarket sales team and the compliance team.
Organising transportation for parts to be delivered.
To be considered for the Logistics Coordinator role you must have the below skills and experience:
International logistics experience
A good understanding of Spanish Language
Custom Regulation understanding
Engineering/FMCG/Automotive/Aerospace experience
SAP experience
Excellent communication skills
