**How will you do this?**

Along with the support of your apprenticeship training provider, we will help put your knowledge into practice, developing your skills so you can support new or existing customers with their insurance enquiries, helping to find the right products and solutions to their needs. There will be a company induction at the commencement of employment and this will consist of 5 weeks of classroom training and another 4 weeks development centre to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need for your career with us.

Communication is an important part of your role here and so its important that you can demonstrate a natural ability when it comes to building rapport with customers.

To join our team, you will also have:

- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Resilience to work in a fast-paced exciting role
- Experience in a customer related role and a passion to meet customer needs
- A passion for learning with an ability to use your initiative and prioritise work and study commitments accordingly
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above.
