**Job Vacancy**:Maintenance Officer (Temporary - 6 months)
**Location**:Romford
**Working Hours**:9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with 1-hour lunch break (35 hours per week)

**Position Overview**:
As a Maintenance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional repair and maintenance services to Swan's valued customers. Your contributions will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This temporary role involves a 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break, totalling 35 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality maintenance and repair services to customers within the Keyworker Living business area.
- Collaborate closely with Housing Management staff to ensure efficient delivery of repair and maintenance services.
- Participate in estate inspections and services, contributing to the upkeep and enhancement of our properties.
- Work alongside the Scheme Manager to prioritize, schedule, and monitor maintenance repair works effectively.
- Deliver professional customer service, ensuring that customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and courteously.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Officer or a similar maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures, particularly in a housing context.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with both colleagues and customers.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant certifications or training in maintenance-related fields are advantageous.
