Kitchen Assistant

You will be required to assist the Chefs on evening & breakfast service, and manage part of the day to day running of the kitchen, including but not limited too, Food Safety, Stock handling and rotation, Cleaning kitchen areas and Food preparation and service. You will be liaising with other kitchen staff and reporting directly to the business owners and Senior Chefs.

The Park hotel is a popular and successful hotel, recently renovated throughout, enjoying excellent reviews for our accommodation and food.

Experience is desirable but a hardworking and positive attitude is a must.

5 days a week, 35 - 45 hours per week average. ( paid weekly, by the hour )

Morning Shift 6am-11.30am, Evening 4pm-9.30pm, 2 days off per week.

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour
