As a recruitment consultant you will be working closely with both clients and job applicants, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. A successful recruiter must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build long-term relationships with new clients and managing relationships with existing ones
- Create and post job advertisements
- Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
- Match applicants to job positions
- Screen applicants before the interviewing process
- Create and implement recruiting strategies

Preferred Requirements:

- High school diploma; BSc/Ba in Human Resources, Marketing or related field is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in sale, customer service, Business Development or Business-to-Business role
- Excellent with prioritization and time-management
- Positive, confident & enthusiastic nature with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone and natural net workers
- Proficient in English written and spoken
- Skilled in negotiation
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle client rejection

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
