**About You**

You will provide a professional, confidential, and efficient service within an environment of continuously developing demands. You will be a self-motivated, dependable individual who is able to work effectively with mínimal supervision and can quickly learn to pre-empt the needs of the Commercial Manager and wider team.

Accounting experience is essential. Competence in Microsoft Office packages is desirable, and familiarity with Agresso Software would be advantageous.

**The Role**

As a Commercial Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing an administrative support service to the Commercial Department as required under the direction of the Commercial Manager.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager key responsibilities will include:

- Tender Enquiries
- Contractor Vetting
- Contractor Relations
- Supply Chain
- Payment Support
- Data Management
- General Administrative support

This is a Part Time position, and you will be expected work a 20 hour week working from our Southern Divisional Head Office in Ringwood.

**Your Attributes**

**You will have**:

- GCSE standard or equivalent is required.
- Competence in the use of a range of Microsoft Office packages is desirable although some training will be given.
- Accounting experience is essential
- Agresso Software experience is a benefit, but not essential

**You will bring**:

- Composure and operate effectively in a pressurised environment.
- Personally accountable - self-motivated individual who can make things happen.
- Approachable and dependable - able to rapidly forge effective and collaborative working relationship with others, both internal and external.
- Good negotiation, influencing and communication skills across all levels of organisation.
