**HR Advisor - 6-month FTC**

Our client is looking for a systems and data driven HR professional to join their business on a 6 month FTC. This role is work in office 3 days per week and from home 2 days per week, although part time hours will be considered. So, the ability to freelytravel to Boston or Kings Lynn office locations is essential.

The HR Advisor, known in this business as a HR Specialist will join the HR team who work across 3 sites around the UK as a shared service provider, reviewing the workflows, HR systems, processes, and procedures to maximise efficiency and accuracy.

**As HR Advisor you will be**:

- Reviewing the recruitment process, ATS, pre-screening, interviewing documentation and records to advise on best practice and implement through training and communication.
- Review the onboarding and induction process, data capture, training, and probation review process, advise on best practice and implement changes.
- Review the maintenance of the employee records across multiple systems, ensuring processes are efficient and compliant with GDPR requirements.
- Process starters, leavers, contract and change requests as required
- Review HR data metrics to give senior leadership clear indication of performance and create action plans to improve performance as required on a short term and long term basis.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience.
- Experience working with HR systems and processes is essential.
- Ideally have demonstrable experience of working in a very fast paced and international environment
