Landscaper/labourer

Our client is a high-end, family run commercial business park based near Towcester in Northampton. The park sits within 90-acres of estate grounds and consists of paddocks, grass walkways, woodlands, extensive hedges, lakes and formal gardens which are situatedaround the offices. Located 10-miles from both Northampton and Milton Keynes, our client has a rural, village style community of commercial properties which are rented to a range of business from start-ups to international companies.

The requirements of this role are to assist with the machinery and landscaping duties relating to the formal grounds as well as the wider estate, such as:

- Experience driving and operating telehandlers.
- General laboring to assist the rest of the team cement mixing, barrowing and ensuring the work area are tidy and organised.
- Planting trees and hedges with appropriate aftercare
- Experienced at hedge cutting
- General maintenance of the grounds including spraying weeds with a knapsack, pruning trees and ensuring the woodlands and shrubbery are appropriately planted and remain in good health.
- There is a requirement to be flexible between the two sites as this can change on a weekly basis depending on the weather/current projects.
