Job Title: Head Housekeeper

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the property.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Train new housekeeping staff on correct cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens
- Handle customer complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
- Maintain records and prepare reports on housekeeping activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks as required as part of this role is hands on.

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£31,500.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
