Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for rendering by cleaning and repairing them as necessary
- Mix and match colors to create desired shades and hues
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure working environment
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working order and report any malfunctions or defects
- Communicate effectively with other team members and clients to ensure that rendering work meets their expectations

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a renderer or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents
- Excellent knowledge of different rendering techniques, tools, and materials
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to rendering work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, kneeling, and climbing
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £6.70-£23.83 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cardiff, Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Drylining: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: One location
