Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced to join our team. As a, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing various beauty and grooming services, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. If you have a passion for the beauty industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on products and services
- Perform barbering, hair cutting styling and colouring, and other treatments as required
- Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining customer records
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in, barbering, or other relevant hair services
- Knowledge of store management practices is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 per week
