UX Designer

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Identify the needs of the user to use this insight in your design decisions.
- Run internal UX / UI workshops with key stakeholders.
- Create both low and high fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Create wireframes to showcase your ideas quickly and efficiently.
- Present concepts and recommendations to senior decision makers.
- Maintain a high quality of user experience across mobile and web platforms.

**Requirements**:
You will:

- Have experience using wireframing / prototyping software (Figma / Miro).
- Have experience creating customer journey flows.
- Be enthusiastic about putting the user first.
- Be able to work in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work to agreed project schedules.
- Have excellent communication skills and be confident pitching ideas to stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with the latest design and UX trends.
- Be comfortable working on your own or within the wider team.
- Have experience working within agile teams.
- Have examples of your work demonstrating your processes in the form of a portfolio.

Preferred but not required:

- Coding experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with user testing.
