Pulmonary Rehabilitation Assistant

Your role will involve Supporting the qualified physiotherapist in the assessment of suitability for the programme Performing objective tests Supporting the delivery of individual and group exercise programmes both digitally & face-to-face Delivering education component of the programme Assisting the completion and data input of the national respiratory audit programme Regular ordering of equipment and other administrative duties including booking patient's into appointments, sending appointment letters, sending ongoing referrals. You will work closely with GP, PCN, CCG and secondary care respiratory teams to build excellent working relationships The following would be considered essential A car holder and willing to travel cross site during the working day IT literate, experience of System 1 would be beneficial Experience of delivering rehabilitation programmes in the community
