Café Supervisor

Main duties are:
To prepare drinks and light meals to our high high standards and serving customers in a timely manner ensuring the overall smooth running of all operations.

To open and close the shop safely and securely when needed

To ensure all areas are consistently clean and tidy and that the appropriate documentation is maintained.

To ensure the tea house is fully stocked at the start of service.

To maintain excellent levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times in line with all Environmental Health regulations.

To ensure the taking of payments is carried out in line with financial procedures

To manage in conjunction with the owners the ordering of all provisions (food, beverage, cleaning and disposables) as required.

Team work is important so you’ll need to be a great communicator and assist your colleagues during busy times but be also a proactive person who can work independently.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
