This is a chance for a Citrix focused Consultant with expertise in the technologies listed below to work in a complex environment, with complex responsibilities. The job involves customer relationship building, consulting, discovery, implementations, migrations and providing an escalation for support.

You’ll work within the Professional Services team to deliver customer projects and maximise customer engagement value. You’ll help with onboarding new customers and customer refreshes specifically within the desktop / VDI environment

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Take ownership and deliver projects from pre-sales to effective handover to support.
- Assist in maintaining client satisfaction with project delivery
- Provide a high level of technical input to projects and the service desk support team.
- Effective and efficient troubleshooting

**Technical skills involved**
- Microsoft Terminal Services/ Remote Desktop Services
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Citrix Technologies
- Citrix Apps and Desktops
- Citrix Cloud/Citrix DaaS
- Citrix NetScaler (Gateway/Load Balancing/VPN)
- Citrix PVS/MCS
- Profile Management (FSLogix and Citrix UPM)
- Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM)
- Citrix Federated Authentication Service (FAS)
- Citrix Storefront
