- Maintaining accurate, indexed records of funeral arrangements
- Preparation of banking, client invoices and supporting credit control with branches
- Completing all additional ad-hoc duties
- Dealing with statutory papers and following GDPR - training is provided for this
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively, unsupervised
- Computer literate
