Based in Witham, Essex, but part of a global team, the support this position provides will be vital in maintaining and developing the track record of success MMC has in ensuring all month-end and quarter-end deliverables are met.

**We will count on you to**:

- Produce and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports used to direct focus and manage the Intercompany positions
- Carry out Balance Sheet exception reporting and perform checks prior to issuing
- Preparation and review of quarterly reporting schedules for Intercompany and Dividends
- Complete review and sign off of reconciliations assigned
- Ensure all month-end and quarter-end deliverables are met
- To play a lead role in the continuous improvement of business processes and expansion of our global processes.
- Maintain the team’s working files, including formulas, macros and PowerBi dashboards.
- Record and monitor new tasks through change control process
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks, projects and initiatives as required
- Assist Internal and External auditors as directed.
- Journal review and approvals for Global team requests
- Stakeholder engagement with onshore and offshore teams globally, including senior management, controllership, tax and treasury

**What you need to have**:

- Advanced Excel particularly experience of working with Macros including VBA
- Highly developed numerical and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with both clients and colleagues within a fast moving professional team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
