**Job Description**:

- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly manner.
- Making drinks in a timely manner and following menu specs at all times.
- Keeping the bar clean and tidy throughout shift.
- Setting the bar and breaking the bar down before and after shift, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness at all times.
- Offer customers knowledge of cocktails making their experience welcoming and friendly.
- Working well with other team members and supporting each other when needed.
- Restocking the bars and store rooms, rotating new and old stock.
- Knowledge of all drink menus and specs.
- Knowledge of allergens
- High standard of customer service

Wednesdays - Sundays

(Fridays and Saturday are required)
