Loader Operator

**Location**: Abingdon, Oxfordshire / Heathrow Branch _(will be expected to travel to Heathrow Branch on an ad hoc basis (company vehicle provided))_

**Reporting to**: Export Site Manager / Heathrow Branch Manager

**Essential: A clean driving record and a U.K. Driver’s licence**

**JOB BRIEF**:

- **Warehouse Operative**:_ _Working as part of a small team at the Heathrow Branch your role involves Receiving Goods, Warehouse fulfilment and Processing Parcels_

**Loader Operator - Key responsibilities include**:

- Conducting thorough visual inspections of all incoming caravans, including the removal of unrequired items.
- Complete all inspection paperwork. This requires full documentation of the caravan dimensions, any interior or exterior defects and clear and precise photography showing the condition of the incoming caravan.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and secure loading of all caravans into shipment containers in preparation for export.
- Your role will require you to always maintain the safety of the workshop ensuring it is always kept in a safe and orderly fashion
- You will be responsible for consumable stock management.
- The work is physically demanding, you will be working underneath the caravans, therefore you must be physically fit

**Warehouse Operative - Key responsibilities include**:

- Receiving Packages
- Scan Each Individual Package
- Measure each Individual Package
- Weight each Individual Package
- Label Box with location number
- Summit declarations to VPOST System
- Repack
- Open & Inspect Products, Tape/reseal
- Dangerous Goods Identification
- Consignment note labelling
- Prepare packages for outbound schedules
- Run Labels
- Pick packages
- Label each Parcel with VP label
- Scan each parcel and scan to mail bags
- Weigh and Tag each bag
- Label each bag with Mail Code
- CRM Cases to be answered daily

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
