**Job Overview**:
As a Fast Fit Tyre Technician at WH Tyres Bonnybridge, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately performing tyre fitting, balancing, and related services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience, maintaining a high standard of workmanship, and contributing to the overall success of our service center.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Tyre Fitting and Balancing**:

- Perform fast and precise tyre fitting and balancing for a variety of vehicles, including cars and SUVs.
- Ensure proper installation and alignment of tyres according to manufacturer specifications.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Communicate with customers to understand their tyre needs and recommend additional services as necessary.
- **Diagnostic and Inspection**:

- Conduct thorough tyre inspections to identify wear, damage, and potential issues.
- Use diagnostic equipment to assess tyre pressure and tread depth.
- **Wheel and Rim Maintenance**:

- Inspect wheels and rims for damage and misalignment.
- Recommend wheel and rim services when necessary.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensuring all services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct test drives to verify proper tyre installation and balance.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of tools and equipment.
- Dispose of old tyres and waste materials in accordance with environmental standards.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of tyre services provided, including customer details, tyre specifications, and any additional work performed.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, new tyre technologies, and advancements in tyre fitting techniques.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a tyre technician in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of tyre brands, sizes, and specifications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
