Compliance Oversight Manager

Our Financial Services client is looking for a highly skilled Compliance to join their Wythall based team for a 6 months initial contract. This role can be remote but must be able to make it into office if required.

**THIS ROLE SITS OUTSIDE IR35**
**Essential**
- Excellent Life & Pensions experience, including managing and overseeing outsourced service providers from both a risk and commercial perspective
- Experience at operating at management level in a Risk team (or other Function if accompanied by sufficient other risk management experience) in a regulated Financial Services organisation
- Understanding of current best practice in Risk Management and Compliance
- Evidence of building and maintaining wide stakeholder networks and relationships across the Group and externally, including outsourced service providers and strategic partners.
- Influencing and having impact with internal and stakeholders and driving change to mitigate risk within commercial constraints
- UK Travel Required

- Experience of working on large Programmes or Projects
