We’re looking for **Gangers** to join our Utilities team in Devon.

**Location**: travel to sites around Devon (company van provided)

**Contract**: Permanent - Full Time

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will be working on our South West Water framework on MEICA capital projects.

As a Ganger, you will report to the site agent and be responsible for leading a small team in the safe delivery of civils works including pipelaying, chambers, groundworks, below ground tanks and reinforced concrete slabs.

Your day to day will include:

- Working with the Site Agent to agree on safe working methodologies and ensure that all plant and materials required are available
- Undertaking site risk assessments and communicating these with site team
- Organising the workload for the shift
- Directing a team to achieve agreed activities
- Ensure works can be completed safely and to the required standard

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Ganger is great for you if you hold:

- Experience in drainage and groundwork within the Utilities sector
- Valid driving licence & CSCS card
