**Job brief**
My client are looking for a Sales, PA & Digital Marketing Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team. This is a great role for someone who wants to be a part of a positive and thriving business; You will serve as a point of contact for customerswith queries about products, orders and deliveries, provide support for sales representatives & the sales director, liaising with other departments within the business along with managing their social media marketing.
**Specific responsibilities**:
- Involved in various administration tasks within the sales team and other company departments
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Answering calls coming into the company.
- Contacting customers to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Supporting the Sales Director & Operations manager as and when required
- Preparing & posting on different Social Media platforms
**Skills required**:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good all-round administrative skills
- Able to liaise with different departments
- Team player
- Working under pressure
- Experience in social media posting
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Fine attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills; good listener
- Positive attitude
You’ll be shown the ropes with in-house training and support.
The role is working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (but there may be able to be some flexibility on these hours).
