An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an aspiring Cellar Master to join our kitchen team based near iconic Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus area.
**What will you be doing?**
- Assisting in the delivery on daily basis
- Maintain the cellar nice and tide
- Maintain all fridge units clean and tide
- Approve and Balance all Invoice in Procure Wizard
- Assisting with stock rotation
- Cleaning stations
- Stockcount and imput in Procure Wizard
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- NVQ Level 2
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Strong communication skills and work ethic.
- Awareness and knowledge of health & safety.
