Security Guard

Job Title: Security Guard

Note: This job is a flexible zero hour contract

**Duties**:

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Operate CCTV systems and monitor surveillance cameras
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers as needed
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic security procedures and protocols is a plus
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is beneficial
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour
