A school in Brighton who requires a Maintenance Person to join their team asap.

The role is maintaining and up keeping the school on a day to day basis. The responsibilities will vary, depending on the day to day maintenance that is required at the school. This includes anything to do with the aesthetics, operation and various functionsfalls under the Caretakers responsibility.

A Caretaker usually performs many of the following tasks:

- Cleaning the grounds and inside buildings
- Accepting deliveries and routing mail
- Repairing equipment and placing orders
- Monitoring air conditioning and heating levels in a building

You will be part of a team of Site Staff who report into a Head Caretaker

Offering up to £21000 as a starting salary/£11 per hour.
