Our client, a garden and lifestyle company, is seeking a Till Supervisor to join their expanding team. This is a family run destination Garden Centre with a modern restaurant and coffee shop. All plants are grown on site, so the staff are knowledgeable helpfuland enjoy providing an individual customer experience.

Key duties for this role will include:

- Daily monitoring, control, and implementation of Company procedures. Ensuring accurate cash handling, cash-out operation, and stock reconciliations.
- Ensuring high standards of presentation (uniforms, name tags, cleanliness etc.) in your department.
- Keeping displays, stock and areas allocated to you clean, safe and well merchandised. Production of Point-of-Sale material to Company templates.
- Ensuring that all pricing, product descriptions and offers created or placed by you are correct, accurate and up to always date, for self-auditing the areas that you work and immediately notifying your line manager of any potential issues. You must havea working understanding of EMS and be able to check stock levels, prices, produce price labels and perform other day to day functions.
- Ensuring your department is always covered by a member of staff when you are not on the shop floor.
- Ensuring faulty goods and returns are dealt with in accordance with Company policy.

Full time: 08.30-17.30 - Alternate weekend working i.e., Week 1 = 6-day week / Week 2 = 4-day week.

Full training provided with opportunities of growth.
