**About you**:

- You're versatile. You thrive on variety, and you love learning new things. You don't want to be boxed into a narrowly focused career.
- You're energetic and tenacious. You're drawn towards difficult challenges, and you get a kick out of tackling them successfully.
- You're driven to generate results, working happily at the coalface to find solutions and untangle problems.
- You work hard. You strive to achieve incredible things, always pushing yourself to hit harder than before.
- You're smart and good at most things. You're great with numbers, words, and solving hard problems.
- You're excited at the prospect of building things (processes, systems, capabilities...) that deliver long-term solutions to difficult challenges.
- You're unafraid of getting your hands dirty - you'd prefer to be where the action is happening rather than directing the players from above.
- You're a people person, and you love working with like-minded people. You're highly collaborative, comfortable bouncing ideas off others, and making shared progress together.
- You're ready to make a personal difference, and be involved in all phases of a challenge from ideation right through to delivery.

**The opportunity**:
You will engage with a wide variety of activities, working with different teams across the entire business.

Over time, you will have an opportunity to embed with each of our four tribes: technology, growth, culture, and finance. Examples of activities might include:

- Devising data-driven experiments to improve a common process, such as trial-to-purchase conversion, to drive better customer experience and outcomes.
- Reviewing the competitive landscape for a specific product area, to help us evolve our product strategy.
- Engaging with customers to identify opportunities to improve our product UX, learning materials, and support activities.
- Analyzing data from our recruitment processes to find opportunities to improve our efficiency and accuracy.
- Devising effective communications that amplify the value of our products and services, and resonate with our ideal customers.
- Working on hard people problems, such as helping new joiners to overcome impostor syndrome, or embedding an open feedback culture.
- Analyzing our transactional and financial reporting processes to identify opportunities for more efficient automation.

You will receive close support and coaching from experienced Swiggers in each area. You will gain a powerful understanding of how a successful, high-performing business operates and evolves. You will help us to make the right strategic decisions to drive our future success.

You will steadily develop broad and deep skills in all areas of the business. You will be set for a career specializing in any area, if that suits you. Or you can choose to stay versatile, and eventually progress into a broad leadership role.

**Eligibility**:
You're eligible to apply.

We care more about where you're headed than where you've been. Above all else, we're interested in your aptitude and potential. We're open minded about your background, past experience, or academic record.

You might be pivoting out of the early stages of your academic career. You might be returning from a career break. Or you might have done something totally different for years, and be ready for a change.

**Be well rewarded**:
We expect to offer starting salaries for this role in the range of £80,000 to £150,000 reflecting individual ability and contribution.
