Here at GXO, we’re looking for **Stock Control and Procurement Administrator** to join our **Servicecare **team in **Oldham**. You will be working on a **full-time**, **permanent** basis, predominately **Monday to Friday**, covering the hours of **07:30 to 16:30**.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Assist Engineers, Customer Services and Account Department with any stock/price or suppliers’ issues that arise, reporting any discrepancies to the material Team Leader
- Perform all aspects of receiving goods, match components to jobs and raise GRN’s for incoming stock
- Ensure that purchase orders are raised, approved by the appropriate person and placed with the suppliers
- Chase all overdue returned stock and update the relevant control system accordingly

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience in an administrative function within logistics essential
- Excellent IT knowledge including MS Office Apps; Excel and Word
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
