Compass Life Sciences are partnered with global medical communications group with multiple offices across the UK and US. Supporting the growth of this company, we are recruiting for multiple positions, one of which is a Scientific Project Leader. The scientific project leader will lead account teams and assist in the development and review of scientific content.

Our client offers a hybrid working model from one of its three UK based offices and prides itself on being a people focused organisation. They are continuously aiming for excellence to ensure that they create and deliver projects which exceed client expectations.

This role offers professional opportunities with clearly defined career pathways and annual performance reviews with regular check in sessions to ensure you are heading in the right direction.

**Requirements**:
Life Science Degree (Masters or PhD preferred)
Previous experience of working in a medical communication agency in a Senior Account Manager position or similar
Client-facing experience with an ability to develop and maintain relationships.
Able to develop and review budgets, along with ensuring all tracking systems are used properly and directly liaise with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to manage budgets and secure additional funding as required.
Collaborate with senior colleagues to identify new growth opportunities and create resources to support business development activities.
Ability to mentor and train team members supporting the in house training programme.
