**The Role**

An exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded national law firm which specialises in various commercial disciplines. This firm is widely renowned for the high quality of their legal advice and also delivers exceptional client service. They act for a number of organisations including large multi-national corporations, start-up businesses, and SME’s and also provide quality advice to senior level executives on their own employment issues.

They have received many accolades in the legal directories for providing advice on complex and intricate employment matters, this includes large scale re-organisations, TUPE transfers, policy drafting, equal pay awards, compromise agreements, discrimination claims and advice on recruitment and retention.

Due to the continuing success of the team, and the firm nationally, they are looking to add a technically strong Senior Associate or Partner to the team to complete their offering. The team is well structured with associates and paralegals to assist with caseload and provide essential support, allowing you to flourish.
- A Senior Employment Solicitor with at least five years PQE or equivalent
- Ability to work handle a range of cases, ranging in value and complexity
- Posses a strong sense of commercial awareness
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
