**Job Description**:
As a Front of House Team Member, you will:

- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a courteous manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Uphold food safety standards and assist in food preparation when necessary
- Utilize time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the front of house operations

Pay: £9.25-£10.00 per hour
