Stock Controller

**Monday to Friday 8am-5pm**

**£24,000-£26,000**

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in **Totton** for a **Stock Controller**. This is a **permanent full-time** position, and you would be responsible for control of all stock within our client’s warehouse facility and dealing with any customer queries. This is predominantly an office-based role, but there is a need for a hands-on approach when checking stock.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Customer query resolution
- Stock checks and cycle counts to ensure physical and system amounts reconcile
- Organise and manage stocktakes
- Help implement and run Track & Trace
- Liaise with Operational Management on all aspects of inventory management
- Use of Warehouse Management Systems
- Ensuring all staff are adhering to thorough checking processes

**Experience**
- Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System is essential
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential
- Must have experience of working in a stock control / inventory management role
- Overall knowledge of Warehouse procedures and processes
- Excellent communications skills
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
