Thatcham Butchers Ltd. is a family run wholesale butchers in Newbury and need an additional **Full Time Trainee Butcher** to join the team.
Supported by the shift manager and team, you will be:
- Working through Pork, Chicken, Lamb and Beef. Product Learning from the basic to customer specific products.
- Stock Control including: Goods In, Stock Rotation, Picking & Packing and Goods Out
- Food and Hygiene Training in accordance with Thatcham Butchers Ltd HAACP Plan.
- Health and Safety in the Work Place and Housekeeping
No experience necessary as training will be given.
