**Branch Supervisor - 42.5 hours per week**

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm, no Sunday working

We are seeking an Branch Supervisor to join this high performing, established branch in Carlisle. This is a long established organisation with specialist decorating branches located throughout the UK, offering a fantastic opportunity to supervise and help build a successful retail branch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising the team and store
- Offering advice on products to customers
- Mixing paints for customers
- Serving trade and retail customers
- Helping unload deliveries
- Ordering stock via a computerised system
- Restocking shelves
- Serving customers using a computerised till
- Upselling and supporting sales growth of the branch
